Customer Advisory: Periodic Re-KYC Updation for Inoperative Accounts
In pursuance of the Master Directions on KYC issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), all account holders whose accounts have remained inactive or inoperative are requested to visit their home branch and complete the periodic Re-KYC verification.
Documents required:
1. Self-attested copy of Aadhaar Card and PAN Card / Form 60.
2. Recent passport-sized color photograph.
3. Proof of current residential address (if changed).
Prompt updation ensures uninterrupted banking transactions and prevents account restriction.
Mandatory Implementation of Centralised Positive Pay System (CPPS) for Cheques Rs. 50,000/- & Above
In accordance with Reserve Bank of India circular DPSS.CO.RPPD.No.309/04.07.005/2020-21, all customers issuing cheques of Rs. 50,000/- and above are requested to submit Positive Pay details to their home branch.
Revision of Deposit Interest Rates with effect from 05/12/2022
The Board of Directors of Balageria Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. has approved revised term deposit interest rates offering attractive returns up to 7.00% for senior citizens.

Cyber Security Advisory: Caution Against Fake Bank APKs, Fraudulent Calls & Phishing SMS
Customers are hereby alerted against fraudulent SMS messages, WhatsApp advisories, and phone calls impersonating Balageria Central Co-Operative Bank Ltd.
Important Security Rules:
• The Bank never sends APK installation files or asks customers to install third-party screen sharing apps (AnyDesk, TeamViewer).
• Never disclose your PIN, CVV, Card number, or One Time Password (OTP) to anyone over phone or email.
• Report any suspicious activity immediately to your nearest BCCB branch or email ithelpdesk@balageriaccb.bank.in.
Annual General Meeting (AGM) Notification: Notice to All Delegate Societies and Members
Notice is hereby given to all affiliated Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS), Member Societies, and Delegates that the Annual General Meeting of Balageria Central Co-Operative Bank Ltd. will be convened at the Bank Head Office Auditorium, Saraswatitala, Contai.
The agenda includes review of audited financial statements, statutory dividend declaration, allocation of developmental credit for agricultural prosperity, and operational strategy for the upcoming financial year.
